At Khurri Lifestyle, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible.
Due to the nature of cosmetic, skincare, and personal care products, opened, used, or damaged products cannot be reused or resold. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges once products are sold or delivered, except in cases where the product is received in a damaged condition.
Khurri Lifestyle Private Limited shall not be responsible for any damage caused after successful delivery.
Damaged Product Issues (At Time of Delivery)
If you receive a product that is damaged at the time of delivery, we may offer a replacement subject to verification.

Replacement requests for damaged products will only be considered under the following conditions:
1. Unboxing Video Required
A clear and complete unboxing video is mandatory to verify any damage claim.
2. Claim Timeframe
Claims must be raised within 24 business hours from the time of delivery.
Claims raised after this period may be rejected.
3. Verification Process
All exchange or replacement requests are subject to inspection, review, and approval by Khurri Lifestyle Private Limited.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Approved refunds for COD orders, if applicable, will be issued as store credit only.
5. Mishandling Exclusions
Any damage caused due to misuse, mishandling, improper storage, or customer negligence will not be covered under this policy.
6. Processing Time
Once an exchange or approved claim is accepted, processing may take 7–21 business days.
General Return Eligibility
All products once purchased are generally non-refundable.
However, a product may be considered for replacement or resolution within 7 days from delivery only if it meets one of the following conditions:
- Product delivered in physically damaged condition
- Missing items, parts, or accessories
- Incorrect product delivered
All such claims remain subject to verification and approval.
